Optimization Tips for Maximum Efficiency

To get the best performance from your Anjali Extraction System:

  1. Keep Ducting Straight: Minimize bends and elbows in the exhaust pipe. Every  bend reduces airflow efficiency.
  2. Use Rigid Materials: Use rigid PVC or galvanized spiral ducting instead of flexible hose for long runs to prevent pressure loss.
  3. Correct Discharge: Ensure the outlet is vented to a safe outdoor area, well away from air intake vents or windows.
  4. Ozone Destructor (Optional): For factories with strict environmental regulations, we offer an optional catalytic ozone destructor unit that converts ozone back into oxygen before release.
