Woven and non-woven materials are notoriously difficult to treat due to their porous, uneven surfaces. Anjali Corporation’s High-Power Corona Treaters are engineered to penetrate deep into the fabric’s texture, ensuring inseparable bonds for extrusion coating and lamination.
Built Tough for Demanding Lamination Plants
Unlike smooth plastic films, woven fabrics (like PP/HDPE sacks) and non-wovens are highly abrasive and require significantly higher energy to reach the desired dyne level. Standard blown film treaters simply cannot handle the physical wear and power demands.
Our Single-Side and Both-Side (Double-Side) Treaters are custom-built for extrusion coating and lamination lines. They feature upgraded IGBT generators for deep-penetrating high-frequency discharge and ruggedized dielectric rollers designed to withstand constant friction and fabric dust.
