Built Tough for Demanding Lamination Plants
Unlike smooth plastic films, woven fabrics (like PP/HDPE sacks) and non-wovens are highly abrasive and require significantly higher energy to reach the desired dyne level. Standard blown film treaters simply cannot handle the physical wear and power demands.
Our Single-Side and Both-Side (Double-Side) Treaters are custom-built for extrusion coating and lamination lines. They feature upgraded IGBT generators for deep-penetrating high-frequency discharge and ruggedized dielectric rollers designed to withstand constant friction and fabric dust.
